That's pretty funny. Snopes.com has the real story, which is no less impressive.
That is funny - but not as impressive as if the mule had actually attacked the mountain lion and killed it. But maybe someday. Berry the Mule seems to be on his way to becoming a real predator, one way or the other!
Ooohh, that's so sad the mt. lion died! Makes me think of that discovery channel show they had on lions in africa and these wilderbeasts stomped little baby lion cubs to death (SO TRAUMATIC!). Very heroic of the mule, don't get me wrong, but I hate when animals get hurt, that's all. (I guess I"m waiting for heaven when I can cuddle with all the animals)
